DAP's indiscipline's stunt and ex gratia payment.

A DAP assemblyman in Johor chose not to wear the official attires when attending the opening of the Johor State Assembly the other day. The Sultan was never amused with these `cheap thrill political stunt'. His Highness was very upset when the next day, at another function, the Sultan showed his anger by mentioning the issue again. What is this YB trying to prove. Is he less Chinese by just putting on a songkok. Or will he become Malay by wearing one too. It is mere stupidity and a low level mentality. The DAP can never go anywhere with this type of unrealistic and chauvinistic acts. These rascals just never learn.

Datuk Syed Ali Syed Alhabshee, the UMNO Cheras Division Head, asked the amount paid as ex gratia to the ex judges in Tun Salleh Abbas's case be announced. That amount of money must be accounted for and the people must know. It is the Government's money and the people has every right to know. The Government is obliged to tell the exact amount and paid to whom, if the amount differs to any receipients. Or is it an OSA too.
